Hey, I’m Diane 👋
I’m a designer, instructor, and optimist teaching UX design courses to aspiring designers.
💪 I learned design the hard way. On the job, from online courses, and from mentors (and you can too).
I’m a UX expert with a specialty in crafting holistic design strategy for Silicon Valley based Fortune 500 tech companies. I’ve worked in the trenches of product development shipping 0-1 products, shaping and defining product strategy into usable interfaces with results.
When I’m not designing and launching products, I write about design, and teach UX topics on Linkedin Learning.
“That’s a job?”
Play the video to hear more on how I got into UX.
I didn’t study design or go to design school. But, I did work hard to create a portfolio and create projects to lead me to this profession.
With hard work and learning the core skills to be successful as a UX professional, you can find your career in UX.
Real world experience with real results.
📈 I work alongside engineers and product managers and ship real products with big results.
I don’t hand off design as a consultant and leave when the design is complete. My work has shipped with tremendous business results. I’m passing on my experience to you.
My courses reflect real world pragmatic UX principles, and techniques to help you be successful in your next UX role, or to upskill in your current role.
UX Leadership, design, and strategy.

Explore the benefits, techniques, and tools of prototyping in this introductory course. This course covers the basics of building effective prototypes with the right “fidelity,” and getting more valuable feedback from your design testing.
